Latest cupcake concoction... it was to have red buttercream icing with white chocolate shavings. Has anyone tried to make serious red icing? It's almost impossible to get it to a pillar box red! I gave up at hot pink! The chocolate cake was the perfect texture though...
Looks great. And pretty red. Does the icing taste red? But I'd go with a crushed flake as white "chocolate" isn't my fav.
